 Delivery FAQ  

1. Will my order definitely be delivered between 1 to 7 working days?

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the specific timeslot. However, due to unpredictable factors such as traffic and route variations, we cannot guarantee a specific time within that period.

2. Is it possible to receive my order within a precise time range?

[For Local Orders] West Malaysia 1 - 3 Days; East Malaysia 5 - 7 Days. However, it depends on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them. This calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner's non-working days. If you require a precise time, we recommend opting for the self-pickup option.

3. If I miss the delivery, where can I collect my parcels?

Should you be unavailable during the delivery attempt, you may collect your parcels at our store (Luxverse Stationery), the following day. Alternatively, you can contact us via our Whats App to arrange a redelivery, though please be informed that additional charges will apply.

4. Can I reschedule my delivery to another date if I'm unavailable?

Certainly. To reschedule, please notify us via WhatsApp - 01113380138 at least 48 hours prior to the initially scheduled delivery date. Regrettably, any requests within 48 hours of the delivery date cannot be accommodated in terms of address modification, date rescheduling, or order changes.

5. Can I request door-to-door service from the driver?

Our delivery protocol requires drivers to meet recipients at accessible locations such as drop-off points, lobbies, or other suitable areas conducive to quick stops. Direct door-to-door service is not available.
